Here are some accolades I've earned
“Mark took the initiative to create a Government Division and personally wrote, submitted and got approval by the Federal government for our company's first GSA schedule contract and its subsequent contract renewal 5 years later. His perseverance and tireless work ethic resulted in millions of dollars in revenue annually.
The first to bring in over $100,000 a month in revenue and the Government Division was consistently the highest income producer division in the company.”
“Thank you so much for all of your work to create the website. You took our basic ideas and produced a design that communicates what we are all about at this mission. And we have documentation so we can make updates ourselves!
The presentation makes the information available to all who look for it.”
“My recommendation is based on my eleven years of working closely with Mark and observing his performance from the beginning of his employment with my company.
Mark's achievements include:
Organizing and managing our Government Markets Sales Division which grew to the largest and fastest growing divisions of our company.
Leading our efforts to win, service and renew the TeleInterpreters' contract as the exclusive over-the-phone interpreter provider to the US Social Security Administration, one of the largest clients in our industry.
Mark is hard working, enthusiastic, a team player, intelligent and a professional executive who contributed significantly to the growth of our company.”

In the USA there are 50 states, approximately 3,000 Counties and about 19,000 Municipalities (cities). Having read thousands and responded to hundreds of different requests for proposals (RFP), I have acquired a viewpoint on the process and know the steps on how to technically prepare a responsive proposal.
An important factor is to know one's own company processes, procedures, how it is organized and how you will deliver or produce a quality exchange. This also means a certain amount of proving regulatory compliance as well as factually documenting ones own capabilities.
Having an organizational chart, biographies of the key personnel, an origin story, accurate descriptions of ones services are required. Take the time to write down, document and formalize your organizational capabilities and detailed characteristics, emergency plans, organizational policies and procedures that cover how services are performed or the products are produced.
I've created these sites, among others:
- An online continuing education site for Water Operators at AYPO. Public Water facilities operators are licensed and are required to take continuing education classes. The Water operator site is at: AYPOTech.com
It has changed somewhat since I worked on it, also wrote the proposals to the State Boards for approval as continuing education credits towards license renewal.
- An inspirational site for practice of a random daily virtue. 1VirtueDaily

What does the name "Verinotis" mean?
It is a "Latineologism" - a made-up word with Latin (ancient roman) roots.
Combining "veri" - "true" and "notis" - "marks (or writing)". true communication
