Verinotis, LLC offers a unique combination of technical website design capabilities, familiarilty with government documents as a Notary Public for the state of Oregon, and government service contracts acquisition & management experience. I’ve created websites for many different businesses, products, and services for over 20 years now. Current focus is building functional websites with WordPress.
I partner with a world-wide hosting partner (owned by Automatic – founders of WordPress) to offer Verinotis-branded site hosting combined with personal monitoring and assistance.
I have also built online education e-commerce sites using Moodle. Currently, capabilities for creating online education sites are done by using LearnPress in combination with WooCommerce. My site has an online shop, where I can take orders for products (hats!) or services (Notary & Business consulting).
For creating a fully featured site from scratch, my standard base charges are $2,500. for the initial fee to create a new site and $150./mo for monthly monitoring and assistance.**
**Pricing is based on an hourly rate of $50/hour – assuming an average 50 hours, about a week, to create the initial site +
2 hrs per month for maintenance/assistance ($100) + 24/7 site hosting ($50.). Includes plug-ins LearnPress , WooCommerce, plus a curated and updated plug-ins utility stack covering an array of site functions. Additional hours or plug-ins installed may increase costs.
